Parents are required to register their student for transportation annually



All transportation requests must be submitted either online or through the mobile app.  Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.



  • All transportation requests must be submitted by July 14, 2023, to receive transportation on the first day of school.
  • Any returning PCSC students’ transportation request submitted after July 14, 2023, will not be processed until after the first three weeks of school are completed.   
  • Transportation requires 3-5 school days to process any request submitted. 
  • All transportation plans must be scheduled and documented with the Transportation Department.
  • Transportation plans on file will continue and/or Parents will be responsible for transportation until the new request has been processed.[1] 
  • Please inform your students' school AND submit a request through the parent portal for any address changes.  Remember to submit the request allowing enough time for processing.
  • No transportation changes will be processed after May 1st.
  • Even in emergency situations, requests are based on availability.
  • The parent/guardian will receive email notifications when requests are processed.
  • Please check your parent portal account or look for an email on or after July 25, 2023, with your K-12 students' busing information.  PreSchool routes are scheduled to be released around August 7, 2023.
