Building Resilience

We all can develop resilience as we walk through life together. It involves behaviors, thoughts and actions that can be learned over time. Each week, let's think about another way to do this:

Make connections

Make some friends by practicing the skill of empathy, or feeling another's struggle. Really look others in the eye and hear what they have to say.

Be the kind of friend you would like to have.

Build a strong family & friend network so you have support through life's inevitable disappointments and hurts.

At school, watch to make sure that no one is not being isolated. Connecting with people provides social support and strengthens us for the day.

What can you do to make a difference today?

College Go Week

It is College Go Week. Seniors—this is your week! College GO! is all about helping you get where you want to go with your future. But you can’t go if you don’t apply.
