We hope everyone has had a great first week!

Each year, Lincoln Jr. High students come together for the One Book One School program, a beloved tradition that unites the entire school through the shared experience of reading the same book. This year’s selection is Percy Jackson & The Olympians!
Leading up to the big reveal, students were challenged with intriguing hints and riddles to guess the title, with the reveal itself being perfectly timed as an additional clue.
Today, the journey began with a special moment, as students watched a final reveal video made by staff, and unwrapped their books like presents.
They then dove into the first four chapters, and will continue exploring the book during Storm Time over the next few weeks. This immersive experience allows them to engage in meaningful discussions and dive deep into the captivating world of Percy Jackson like never before!
Pictured is Lydia Carroll’s class, excited to begin their reading adventure.

All of our elementaries have Meet the Teacher Night tonight! This includes preschool as well.

Today, we hosted our annual Back to School Staff Breakfast! Superintendent Mitch Mawhorter and Assistant Superintendent Jill VanDriessche celebrated the dedication of our employees and energized the team for the exciting year ahead. A special thank you to our Food Service staff for preparing a delicious breakfast for everyone.

Due to ongoing construction, Gibson St. won't be ready for the first day of school. This will affect Lincoln Jr High and the Lincoln Education Center.
We've set up a temporary drop-off/pick-up route.
New Traffic Flow:
-All drop-off/pick-up traffic will come from Liberty St.
-Head west on the south drive
-Follow the arrows on the attached map to enter the parking lot, drop off your student, and exit back to Liberty St.
LEC students will follow the same route indicated in yellow on the map.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
