Happy School Bus Driver Appreciation Day! 👏

Dear 7th Grade Parents and Guardians:
7th Grade Graduation Plans – Parent Signature Required
Next week, our 7th grade students will be completing their Graduation Plans during the school day. This is an important step in helping students begin thinking about their future goals and ensuring they are on a path toward high school graduation.
As part of this process, students will:
Complete a Statement of Intent to Graduate
Review and acknowledge the importance of good citizenship, school attendance, and diligent study habits
Reflect on their current interests and future goals
Identify a post-secondary plan (college, military, workforce, or other)
Graduation Plans will be sent home with students on Monday. We ask that all parents/guardians review the plan with their student, sign it, and have it returned to their advisory teacher as soon as possible next week.
Parent signatures are required, as these plans will become part of each student’s permanent record and will follow them to high school.
Thank you for your support in helping your child plan for a successful future!
Sincerely,
Reid Gault
Principal

What an incredible achievement for Plymouth and Lincoln robotics! 🤖👏
At the Indiana State Competition at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, our programs earned a historic “triple crown,” with one Plymouth High School team and two Lincoln Jr. High teams all qualifying for the VEX Robotics World Championship in St. Louis this April. 🌎
Leading the way for Plymouth High School, lead by Coach Michael Wraight, Team 586E “Easy Breezy” — Freddy Kallenberg, Chance Miller, Wyatt Houin, and Cora Hanes, who ranked 1st in Indiana in the Robot Skills Challenge. Even more impressive, this was the team’s first time running their full skills program in competition, and they are now ranked 36th in the world out of thousands of teams across more than 50 countries.
Our Lincoln Jr. High teams also had an incredible showing, with both advancing to the final rounds and earning their places on the world stage:
🏅 Team 587V “Vulcanoes”: Bear Kallenberg & Brayden Mabie
🏅 Team 587Z “Zinbots”: Luci Hamand, Hayden Barnhart, Sydney Morrison & Carter Richards
Qualifying from Indiana is a tremendous accomplishment. With more than 300 teams across the state, the qualification rate for middle school teams is less than 4%. This April, our Lincoln Jr. High teams will compete alongside 588 of the best teams in the world, while our Plymouth High School team will join 830 top high school teams from around the globe at the America’s Center Convention Complex in St. Louis.
A special congratulations also goes to Head Coach Ashley Oliver, who was honored as Event Partner of the Year for her dedication to the program and students. We are so proud of these students and coaches, including HS assistant coach Daniel Kallenberg and LJH Assistant Coach Trisha Crawford, for representing Plymouth with excellence and now, on to Worlds! ♥️
