Reid Gault, Principal
Lincoln Junior High

Welcome to Lincoln Junior High—where every student is known, supported, and expected to achieve at high levels. Our mission is simple and steadfast: to provide a safe, encouraging environment where everyone achieves at high levels and develops the skills to become lifelong learners.

At Lincoln, our vision lives in daily practice. We create and communicate clear, consistent expectations; we teach and support positive behavior; we hold ourselves accountable; we celebrate success; and we foster trusting relationships. Most of all, we believe—and act on the belief—that everyone can learn.

We are proud to be a Professional Learning Community (PLC). Our teachers collaborate in high-functioning teams, align to a guaranteed and viable curriculum, and use data to drive instruction with one goal in mind: student learning. When a student needs more time, support, or challenge, we respond—providing targeted interventions and enrichment so every learner can grow.

Our school is deeply student-centered. We partner with students and families to build skills that last well beyond middle school. Through our four core values—Respect, Responsibility, Trustworthiness, and Positivity—students practice the habits that lead to success now and in the future. We prepare students for life after high school by helping them invest early in college, career, and financial readiness, and by connecting learning to authentic service in our Plymouth community.

Learning at Lincoln extends far beyond the classroom. We offer a wide range of athletic and extracurricular opportunities, including our world-qualifying Robotics team, along with many other clubs and programs that encourage curiosity, teamwork, and leadership. Our highly engaged Student Council is a point of pride, leading numerous community service projects that make a real difference.

Thank you for partnering with us. Together, we’ll ensure that every student feels safe, encouraged, and challenged—and leaves Lincoln Junior High ready to thrive today and lead tomorrow.

With Red Storm Pride,
Reid Gault
Principal, Lincoln Junior High School
