Plymouth High School's Speech Team has earned national recognition after being named a National Speech & Debate Association School of Excellence at the 2026 National Tournament, an honor awarded to just the top 20 schools in the nation out of 1,243 competing programs! More than 7,000 students from across the country competed at this prestigious event, making this achievement even more remarkable.
Our Rockies represented Plymouth with excellence, determination, and poise on the national stage.
Individual national placements included:
• Waylon Pitts – 10th place (Top 10 National Finish!)
• Olivia Burch – 22nd place and recipient of a $500 scholarship
• Cora Hanes – 37th place
• Kai Kain – 54th place
Each event featured approximately 260 competitors from across the nation.
Plymouth High School was proudly represented by 14 students at the National Tournament, showcasing the talent, hard work, and dedication that define our Speech program.
We're also celebrating Delaney Martin, who earned a Top 24 finish in Drama at the National Middle School Tournament!
Congratulations to our students and coaches on this outstanding accomplishment. Your hard work has placed Plymouth among the very best speech programs in the country, and we couldn't be more proud.♥️

In accordance with this law, Plymouth Community School Corporation will implement a bell-to-bell device-free school day.
Students may bring personal communication devices to school; however, all devices must remain powered off, stored, and inaccessible to students throughout the entire school day, from the start of the school day until dismissal. The use of personal communication devices during instructional time, passing periods, lunch, and other school-day activities is prohibited.
Plymouth Community School Corporation is currently finalizing procedures to support this change. Building-specific expectations and implementation details will be shared by each school prior to the start of the school year in August.

This annual fundraiser helps support the many needs of our football program, including:
