The Girls Who Code club has a cool after school opportunity open for girls who are interested in checking out computer science and coding!

The Girls Who Code club is in it’s 4th year at Plymouth Schools! It provides girls in grades 6-12 a chance to learn about coding from a local software developer with over 17 years experience in the industry!

The program works to inspire, educate, and equip girls with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities. You can learn how computers and games you use daily are designed.

Computer Science is a career on the rise, so if you want to see if it is a match for you come to the Girls Who Code (GWC) club meeting starting this year on Tuesday Oct. 3rd after school from 3:15-4:30 p.m. The club meets every Tuesday up until May 16!

Bring your computer and a snack and head up to the green room on the second floor inside WSOI.

If you have any questions, please contact the club sponsor, Tara Sharp, at [email protected].
