Michelle Zentz, Principal
Riverside Intermediate

Welcome to Riverside Intermediate School!

At Riverside, our guiding principles are simple yet powerful: be respectful, be responsible, and be ready to learn. These values shape everything we do as we help students grow both academically and personally.

As principal, it is my privilege to serve our fifth- and sixth-grade students during these formative years. Our mission is to support each child in discovering who they are today while inspiring who they can become tomorrow.

I believe every student has the ability to learn and thrive. Our role is to ignite that spark—cultivating curiosity, resilience, and a sense of confidence. We encourage students to take ownership of their learning, advocate for themselves, and develop the skills they need to succeed as young adults.

Beyond the classroom, Riverside offers a wide range of extracurricular opportunities. Whether your child’s passion lies in academics, the arts, or athletics, there is a place for them to explore their interests, build friendships, and grow.

Most importantly, Riverside is a community built on support and care. Together with families, we strive to provide a safe, nurturing environment where every student can reach their fullest potential.

I look forward to working alongside you to make this year memorable, meaningful, and filled with growth.

Warm regards,

Michelle Zentz
