Wednesday Evening, Plymouth High School’s LEAD club had the annual Senior Citizens Prom. Thank you to Kaley Alber and the culinary class for making the food and thank you to Christina Garcia the Crimson Connection and a trio from the jazz band for the entertainment.

Thursday morning during Pilgrim Plus Time the State Champion PHS Speech Team was honored in an all school assembly and then presented the Class AA State Champion Trophy and the Lawson Trophy, recognizing the team as overall state champions, to the school. This is the first time since 2009 that PHS Speech has won either trophy.

This year’s Día del Niño celebration and Marshall County Kids Expo will be combined into one exciting event! This collaborative effort promises a fun-filled day celebrating children, culture, and community resources.
What is Día del Niño?
Día del Niño, or "Children's Day," is a cherished tradition celebrated in many Latin American countries. This special day honors children and promotes their well-being through fun, learning, and cultural appreciation. PCSC is proud to bring this tradition to our community, providing a space where families can gather and celebrate our students in a meaningful way.
What is the Kids Expo?
The Marshall County Kids Expo is an annual event designed to connect families with information about local activities, camps, and services available for children throughout the summer and year-round. Attendees can explore opportunities in sports, arts, and education, ensuring parents are informed about enriching experiences for their kids.
Event Highlights:
-Games, prizes, and fun activities for the whole family
-Information on camps, activities, and services available in Marshall County
-Free health services provided by the Marshall County Health Department, including physicals, hearing, vision, dental, and lead screenings
-Delicious food from local food trucks, including Chagos Tacos, Alegria Campestre, Pa'L Antojo, and Apex Ice

On Friday, Mrs. Kruyer's Education Professions class and Mrs. McKee's Early Childhood Education class attended Education Day at Marian University's Ancilla College. Students learned about the different education majors offered, toured the campus, and participated in the virtual reality classroom. #PHSLearning4ALL #choosetomaketodaygreat





The PHS Theatre Department will be presenting the play Les Miserables. This historical adaptation, by Sarah Bernstein of Victor Hugos’s novel, is presented by arrangement with Playscripts Inc.
Performances are Friday, February 28, and Saturday, March 1. Both performances are at 7:00 PM in the Plymouth High School Auditorium.
Guests are asked to use Door #5, the main doors in the large parking lot at the north end of Plymouth High School. Doors open 30 minutes before each show.
Tickets will be sold at the door. All tickets are $6.00 and this is a CASH ONLY sale.

Food trucks will be on-site as well. This will take place tomorrow, January 9th, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm in the PHS Auditorium/Gym. Enter door 5!
