Welcome to Jefferson Elementary School, “a great place to be!”

Hello, my name is Mindi Blosser, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Jefferson Elementary School. I have worked in education for more than 30 years, gaining valuable experience in a variety of roles. I began my career as a special education teacher and went on to teach Kindergarten, first, and second grades before moving to 6th grade English at Riverside Intermediate School. Most recently, I served as an instructional coach at Menominee Elementary here in Plymouth. These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation to lead Jefferson Elementary with confidence and purpose.

I am a firm believer in cultivating strong partnerships with teachers, students, and families so we can ensure every child’s success. Jefferson Elementary is a student-centered community committed to the success of every child. We persevere with integrity and resilience as we adapt to our ever-changing world.

I look forward to advancing Jefferson’s legacy of excellence by working together with students, staff, and families to help every child reach their full potential.
