Tara Miller

Tara Miller started with the corporation in 2022 as the School Counselor at Riverside Intermediate. She received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Manchester College in 2002 and her Master’s in Social Work from IUSB in 2004. She has worked a variety of social work jobs over the years, including 8 years as a School Social Worker for a charter school in South Bend, followed by 4 years as a private practice therapist. She was excited to learn of the counseling position in Plymouth Schools and has enjoyed her first year working with the Plymouth Community. She looks forward to many years to come serving at Riverside. She has been married to her husband, Kevin, for 19 years and they have 3 children ages 15, 13, and 10. They have 3 cats. When she's not at school she can typically be found spending time with family, at the baseball field cheering on the boys, or reading a good book. She is excited for another school year and can’t wait to get back to see our returning students and meet the incoming 5th graders.
