National School Nurse Day is May 6, 2020. Since 1972, National School Nurse Day has been set aside to recognize school nurses. The day was established to foster a better understanding of the role of school nurses in the educational setting. National School Nurse Day is celebrated on the Wednesday within National Nurse Week, which is May 6th-May 12th each year. Please join us as we salute our PCSC team of school nurses, many who are currently working on the front lines of the pandemic caring for the surge of coronavirus patients. We celebrate and honor the significant role school nurses play in the health and safety here at school and in our community. #PCSCweCARE
