The LJH 7th Grade B Team was in action Monday night when they traveled to Milford. Milford jumped out in a full court press and zone that made it a tough night for the Red Storm B team. Ball handling was an issue for the B team and it was tough to get into their offense. Lincoln found themselves down at the half, 21 to 1. A couple adjustments at half time were made, but the defensive pressure was too much for the Lincoln Junior High B team. They would lose this battle, 42-11.
The LJH 7th Grade A Team was in action Tuesday night when they traveled to New Prairie to take on the Cougars. The Red Storm played New Prairie earlier in the year and that had an impact on this game. Coming into the game, the boys were not awake and just going through the motions. You could tell before the start of the game that Lincoln was already beat. New Prairie came out again ready to play and found themselves ahead, 39-19 at the end of the third quarter. New Prairie put their subs in the fourth quarter and so did Plymouth. With the subs in, Plymouth was able to climb their way back and make it a closer game, but the Red Storm lost another, 39-34.
