Plymouth High School head cook Jane Williams and her talented kitchen staff catered a festive feast for the annual Plymouth Community School Corporation employee holiday open house this evening. The holiday gathering that was held after school from 3:30-5 p.m. at the Red Rock Cafe. Jane said every year she she looks forward to pulling the menu together and conjuring up new recipes with her staff. Jane said the kitchen staff has been baking and freezing cookies for the celebration for the past two weeks whenever they could carve out some extra time. We would like to say thank you to all of our employees who stopped by. We appreciate every one of you! On a separate note, Jane said she is looking to fill two part-time M-F three-hours per day kitchen positions at PHS.
