National Nurses Week is being celebrated this week May 6 through May 12. Since 1972, National School Nurse Day has been set aside to recognize school nurses. National School Nurse Day was established to foster a better understanding of the role of school nurses in the educational setting. This year, National School Nurse Day is celebrated today, Wednesday, May 8, during National Nurse Week. Plymouth Community School Corporation would like to recognize all of our school nurses who work in our schools and thank you all for everything you do for our staff and students every day!
