2019 Plymouth High School Dance Marathon

2019 Plymouth High School Dance Marathon

Save the Date! On January 12, 2019, Plymouth High School will host the 7th annual Dance Marathon benefiting Riley Children's Hospital. PHS students join together for a 9-hour marathon involving dancing, eating, participating in games and activities, and most importantly, listening to Riley kids share their stories. This is all done without sitting down for the full length of the marathon.

Hannah Jacobs and her sister Amy founded PHSDM in 2007 to give back to Riley Hospital for everything they have done for Hannah, who has spina bifida. In that first year, we raised over $11,000. Over seven years, our community has generously donated $186,645.15. We hope to raise $40,000 more this year for the kids!

The success of PHSDM depends heavily on the generous help of family, friends, and the community. We invite you to join us. Any donation that you are able to offer helps make life better for the kids and parents who spend time at Riley.

We highly encourage you to attend any part of our Dance Marathon. PHSDM is unique in that we learn our fundraising total in a public forum: a PHS boys varsity basketball game. The halftime show is especially exciting. All our dancers perform, followed by students from the Ball State Dance Marathon revealing our fundraising total for the year!
