Message from the Principal

Hello Webster Family!

My name is Brooke Busse and I am honored to be principal of Webster Elementary School. I am going into my 18th year in education. I graduated from Valparaiso University in 2002 where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and later pursued a Master's Degree from Ball State University in Curriculum and Educational Technology. My entire educational career has been with Plymouth Community School Corporation. I have played many roles at PCSC leading to my principalship: 2nd grade teacher, Instructional Coach, Director of Quality Programs (Title grants).

Within an environment of care, respect, and responsibility, it is our mission to actively involve ALL students in high levels of learning. We believe prioritizing strong relationships and engaging in a high quality Professional Learning Community will be key to achieving our mission.

In order to become the school we desire to be, each member of our staff commits to do the following:

Greet all students each morning
Build strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and one another
Teach, model, and reinforce positive behaviors
Collaborate frequently around common goals
Always be willing to learn, grow, and adapt
BELIEVE all students can learn at high levels
Be intentional with our time
Celebrate student growth and achievement

I am grateful to be serving the students, families, and staff of Webster and am excited to continue to learn, grow, and achieve together!
