She works diligently to lead yearbook staff members. Always ready to help, she is patient, calm, and is always thinking about ways to make her teammates on staff successful, providing suggestions and guidance to help them complete their work in the most effective way. She leads by example, and never hesitates to ask when she has questions, as she is so conscientious and strives for perfection,” said Schmeltz.
