Registration is the perfect time to reserve your student's 2018 PHS yearbook!
The back-to-school sale price of $45 continues until August 31. This is the lowest price of the year.

Forms will be available at registration and can be returned with payment to the main office on July 19, 2017 from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. and July 20, 2017 from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
You may also read or print the 2018 PHS yearbook order form here and return it to the office with your student once school starts.
