Basketball and Net Image
The 8th grade Lincoln boys basketball team met Kesling to resume play in 2018. The A team battled hard the whole game but came up short, losing with a final score of 27-32. David Schadek led the team scoring 11 points. Colin Chupp, Logan Walters, Seth Mills, and Matt Manzuk also contributed points. There was a strong defensive effort by all individuals.
The B team also battled against Kesling and came away victorious! The final score was 26-20. The entire team played really strong defensively, diving on the floor and stealing the ball. Matt Manzuk led the team offensively with 9 points. Gil Stanton, Blake Bowling, DeVante Garcia, Morgan Tharp, Lennon Creighbaum, and Cristian Quintana also contributed points. The most impressive part of this game was the defensive game and rebounding by the Red Storm!
