LJH was in action last night when they hosted Boston from Laporte. The Red Storm started off a little sluggish, but turned things around quickly winning the game 44-13. Everyone on the "A" team scored with Nolan Bales leading the way with 13 points. Davis Wray had 10 of his own and Easton Strain chipped in 7. TImmy Wakeland and Trey Hall each scored 3, and Brock Jensen and Kavan Holm each scored 2. The LJH 7th Grade "A" team will be on a long break now and do not play again until after Christmas Break.
The LJH "B" team was also in action. They jumped out to an early lead and never looked back winning, 36 to 16. Connor Schmiedlin led the team with 18 points, Matthew McCrum had 6, and William Gamble had 4. David Mathison, Shane Abberger, and Dillon Davidson each scored 2. The gym erupted in the 4th quarter when Jack Hildreth scored his first basket of the season. The "B" team will also take a long break over Christmas and will begin again after Christmas Break.
