Any student that reaches 100 AR points by May 11th will be invited to an end-of-the-year party. We are showing the movie, Hugo. Permission slips were sent home this week. Please sign and return by May, 11th. Riverside has a bunch of "reader leaders". Congratulations to all!

Riverside's student showcase will be Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 5:30-6:30. See the flyer below for more information.
There will be a summer volleyball informational meeting at Plymouth High School in the main gym
on Wednesday, April 25th, 7:30 – 8:15 pm, for 4th through 12th grade. Players along with their parents are encouraged to attend this meeting to fill out forms for the Plymouth Volleyball Summer Camp, the high school Munciana Camp, and meet Coach, Doug West, and his coaching staff.
The annual Fifth Grade Spelling Bee was held at Riverside Intermediate School on Thursday, March 22, 2012. Ten students participated in the bee and the winner was Samantha Zechiel. Samantha will represent Riverside at the county spelling bee which will be held at Culver on Monday, April 30th at 6:00 P.M.

Fifth and sixth grade students participated in the Marshall County Reading Council essay contest. Students wrote an adventure story and submitted for the contest. A committee selected the top essays.
