The 5th grade team made Riverside history last night by winning both the A and B game at the Coop last night.  They are the first undefeated team in Riverside history. The A team went in with an 18-15 lead at half, then took control of the game outscoring Laville 15 to 6 in the second half.  The boys won 33 -21.   Way to go boys.

The B team continued domination as they jumped out to a 23 - 0 lead by halftime.  The Rockets stay undefeated and winning 37 to 2.  Great job boys.

Coach Premetz and Coach Knebel would like to thank all the boys for their hard work this season.  It paid off.  The coaches are very proud of you.

The annual DARE graduation was held on Wednesday, December 7th, in the Riverside Intermediate School gymnasium.  Sixth graders from Riverside and St. Michael's in Plymouth celebrated all they had learned in the DARE program under the direction of Officer Mark Owen from the Plymouth Police Department.   Pictured is Officer Owen with the Top two DARE essay winners, Olivia Jennings and Maggie Nate.   These two students will be invited to the County DARE banquet next spring and are also the winners of a $200 savings bond.
